Rick Frazer- San Juan County Public Hospital District No. 1’s Newest Commissioner
A warm welcome to Rick Frazer, San Juan County Public Hospital District No. 1’s newest commissioner. Rick has been an Island resident for seven years. He currently works for Island Air as a pilot and general manager. In his free time, Rick enjoys work as a sound engineer for the local theater and various bands.
As a commissioner for the District, Rick most looks forward to working with other commissioners and leadership staff to provide quality healthcare and support healthcare initiatives for Island residents.

San Juan County Public Hospital District No. 1 owns and operates San Juan Island EMS, Village at the Harbor, and Village at Home. The District pays subsidies to Peace Health Peace Island Medical Center, Mt. Baker Planned Parenthood, Joyce L. Sobel Family Resources Center, and the San Juan Island Prevention Coalition to support healthcare initiatives on San Juan Island.
